Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, shipping method, and order value.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied automatically at checkout and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements.


International Shipping

Merіt Beauty ships to select international destinations.

  • International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Shipping costs and available methods are displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Merіt Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers, which may include:

  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier selection is determined based on destination and shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

  • Merіt Beauty is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Merіt Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
